The Job

The O2 brand is one of the great marketing success stories of the last 15 years, loved by consumers, admired by competitors and recognised by the advertising industry as one of the UK’s top brands.

To successfully build a brand that customers love, staff need to live and breathe that brand and really believe in it.

What did we do?

We’ve looked after the internal branding for O2 since its inception in 2002 and previously managed it for its predecessor BT Cellnet, so we’re pretty experienced in this area.

Following an initial survey of all O2 offices and call centres, we recommended and implemented a branding strategy that ensures O2 staff are always up-to-date with both brand and campaign messages. We developed a totally flexible solution that allows for a fast and cost effective message change.
