The Job

Every good business needs to understand their customers and O2 is no different.

To support their ongoing internal communication programmes, we were asked to create a series of rooms designed to educate staff on their various customer segments.

What did we do?

Working closely with O2’s Marketing Insight and Internal Communications teams, we designed and built a series of Customer Segment Rooms.

The rooms are both fun and informative and enable staff to immerse themselves in the lives of their customers; their likes, dislikes and buying preferences.
