The Job

Over the years we’ve become rather expert at managing the latest product launches, so it’s no surprise that we’re O2’s go to agency when they have something important to launch.

When Apple introduces a new iPhone into the market, mobile networks and resellers all strive for the same media attention.

It’s our job to make sure that our client has the best and most PR-able launch idea and manage it to perfection. We created and managed an awe-inspiring event that generated both a social buzz and national media attention.

What did we do?

Around the theme of 6, we created a once in a lifetime experience for 6 very lucky customers and their partners, including an exclusive hotel, speedboats racing down the Thames, culminating with a walk over the top of The O2 to be surprised by the main event – Tinie Tempah and his DJ performing live and exclusively for our special guests.

Ice was responsible for all creative ideas, artist liaison, production, health & safety and management of the event. And with Ice event managers covering all aspects of the journey, the choreographed operation kept to time and flowed throughout the day without a hitch.
